How We Work With You

We begin by understanding your requirements, unique challenges and overall learning objectives in discussion with key managers and other stakeholders as appropriate. Our initial proposal is a 'discussion document' for further exploration together. This enables us to tailor the proposal to ensure it fits your requirements and constraints
On confirmation, we will conduct a detailed pre-workshop questionnaire with assessments as appropriate. Then, working with the trainer, we customise our materials, and build cases, exercises and role-plays to maximise focus and impact. If appropriate, we may arrange a briefing for participants' managers so they are better able to follow up on the training in their internal discussions.
Our training programmes are interactive. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences, insights and perspectives and learn from each other through activity based learning and small group discussions, rather than traditional trainer-centred learning . This approach creates a relaxed and responsive learning environment that enhances retention and application of skills.
After each workshop or stage of the intervention, we invite the participants to give feedback on their learning progress, what they liked about the programme and any suggestions they have for improvement.
To refresh and consolidate learning, we follow up with extra reading, learning activities or exercises as appropriate. We also provide small group and one-to-one coaching to provide further skills practice based on their on-going challenges on return to work.

Long-term Partnerships

Over 18 years, a leading sportswear brand, engaged us to run multiple Leadership, Negotiating, Conflict Management and Communication skills programs in Hong Kong, the PRC (5 cities), Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and Turkey.

Similarly, over a 17-year period, a major luxury group and related brands engaged us to run Managing People, Leading the Team and Performance Appraisal training in Hong Kong, PRC, Singapore  and Korea with delivery in English, Cantonese, Mandarin.

Developing Leaders + TTT

Due to a change in local employment practices, a major multinational luxury retail brand wanted to fast track the development of local retail store managers in Macau. Working closely with their managing director, we developed a highly-customised 6-month development programme.

After several cohorts, the programme was liccnsed for roll-out globally. We provided Train-the-Trainer for their global HR team, This included a combination of virtual and classroom training in Hong Kong.

Selling Skills for Exhibitions

A leading exhibitions company wanted a development process for their sales staff to build better client relationships and think creatively how to better support their customers. Working with HR and sales leaders, we implemented a 4-year development curriculum.

Workshops included Better Buyer Relationships, Advanced Selling, Effective Negotiating and Advanced Negotiating with delivery in 6 countries regionally, supported with Sales Coaching training for their leaders.

A major global apparel manufacturer commissioned us to provide negotiating skills training for their managers to be more strategic with key customers and more collaborative in their internal negotiations.

After training their sales and technical managers locally, we provided a Train-the-Trainer for their internal trainers to roll the program out regionally.
