Thomas specializes in sales and negotiation skills training with clients including Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries including manufacturing, pharma, luxury goods, banking, shipping and FMCG. Starting his career in corporate sales for a major telecom company, he transitioned to a training role, focusing on sales culture development. An independent consultant since 2004, he has supported organizational development projects throughout Asia Pacific. Thomas is licensed to deliver several prestigious global sales and negotiation programs including Power-base Selling (Holden International), the Counselor Salesperson (Wilson Learning), the Sales Funnel (Ray Leone) and ENS International’s negotiations programs which he conducts in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin as required.
