Negotiating for Results provides the insights, skills, methodology and tools to manage the negotiation process to your advantage while achieving and maintaining successful relationships whether negotiating with business partners, suppliers or colleagues.
Participants learn a systematic methodology for planning and conducting negotiations systematically and effectively and practise the interpersonal skills of negotiation.
