We offer training for managers and future leaders in the following areas:
- Leadership Development: Whether you are looking for a short 1 – 2 day leadership workshop or a longer 6 month – 1 year development programme, we work with you to identify specific leadership competencies to bring your leaders to the next level. Our longer interventions integrate assessments, on-the-job developmental projects and 1:1 coaching with classroom-led workshops that for participants to share their experiences and learning.
- Team Leadership: Building teams and developing teamwork requires understanding of the contributors to high performance teamwork, and the ability to working with different personalities. Using real-life scenarios, experiential activities and role-plays, participants learn to communicate clear messages, align people around a common purpose, reinforce teamwork and collaboration and handle specific team management challenges .
- Strategic Leadership: We support strategy leadership development in two ways. First, by providing a systematic framework for strategic thinking, we encourages managers to step outside of their daily operational activities and identify medium to long-term opportunities. Next, we take them through a systematic ‘ideas into action’ process to support their implementation and drive their plans forward.
- Managing Change: Participants learn the steps to lead people through change including how to understand different reactions to change (their own and others’), how to work with ‘change champions’ within their teams to communicate, minimise resistance and motivate, and how to overcome the most common barriers to successful implementation.
