- Leadership Development Programme: We work with leaders and senior executives to help them identify and develop the approaches and competencies that can help develop and drive business results. We provide a 6 month – 1 year development process that can integrate skills assessments, training, teambuilding, on-the-job developmental projects and 1:1 coaching.
- Leading the Team: This training develops the skills of inspiring people by communicating clear and inspiring messages, aligning people around a common vision and set of values, coaching and supporting reporting managers, especially with remote and culturally diverse teams. We take a ‘problem solving’ approach and use real-life scenarios to explore different ways the leader might handle specific challenges. The skills are and reinforced through role-plays and experiential activities.
- Strategic Management: We support strategy development in two ways, first by increasing awareness of the creative thinking processes that enable leaders to step outside of their daily operational activities and focus on medium and long-term opportunities, and second by taking leaders through a systematic planning and skills development process to align people, get commitment and drive the plan forward.
- Managing Change: Participants learn the steps of leading people through change including how to analyse, communicate and motivate people in times of change, and how to minimise and manage resistance to change. Through cases and experiential activities, participants understand their personal reactions to change, and learn to embrace change as opportunity.
Experiential activities, cases and role-plays help develop the mindset, awareness and behaviours for better team and individual management to drive performance and move the organisation forward.
