Our client chose us to support the rollout of a new corporate vision, mission and values to their senior managers and managers in Asia. We provided management training, team-building and communication skills training designed to reinforce the new initiative.

The training programmes were conducted in English, Cantonese and Mandarin in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the PRC.

Our client wanted to implement a new Performance Appraisal system for their Asia offices that supported development of key competencies and reinforced a culture change initiative. The project involved:

	Development of systems and processes in consultation with senior managers
	Training for managers in performance management and appraisal interview skills
	Short briefing workshops for general staff
	Coordination with HR in rolling out the programme throughout Asia.

We also separately provided Project Management training for their product development staff.

Following an internal restructuring, our client wanted to upgrade the skills of their sales staff. Our role included:

	Auditing of sales processes, skill gaps and system bottlenecks
	Creation of performance monitoring systems
	Sales team management training for the managers
	Sales and account management skills training for their sales staff.

Our client selected us to develop a programme for roll-out throughout Asia to help them train their front-line sales staff in Customer Service and Sales Skills using their own internal trainers. We developed unique materials to address the situation the staff faced, together with workbooks, trainer guides and resource materials, and ran Train the Trainer training for their sales managers and HR staff in Hong Kong, Taiwan, PRC and Malaysia.

Our client, a major local corporation, wished to reposition their training staff as performance consultants. We provided training in:

	Selling consultancy services
	Identifying and qualifying consultancy projects
	Writing effective proposals
	Gaining management support
	Sales presentation skills

A global organisation approached our international partner Rhema Consultants (UK) Ltd. to train their people in the Kaizen approach to Total Quality Management.

We assisted with the Chinese delivery of the training programmes for over 200 managers and staff in the region. At the same time this programme was being delivered in the USA and throughout Europe in English and other European languages.
