development process
We believe that each training
situation is unique and that participants must see the direct
relevance of a programme to their own situation. Also, skills
should be practiced in real-life situations, through relevant
cases, examples and role-plays so that participants can apply
them immediately on return to work.
Therefore, prior to finalising
the content of any training, we take extra time to get to
know your organisation, the challenges participants face and
the specific outcomes you (and they) would like to gain from
the training.
When implementing a training
programme, we take the following steps:
 |
Carry
out an initial fact-finding
visit to gain an understanding
of the issues you face |
 |
Summarise our understanding of your needs
and how we may respond to them |
 |
Carry out further in-depth fact-finding
with senior managers, participants and other key people
|
 |
Present a detailed
recommendation |
 |
Provide the
necessary consultancy or training |
 |
Follow-up as necessary. |
